She is a longtime resident of Panama City Beach, and has had a front-row seat watching the community grow and evolve into one of Florida's most desirable coastal destinations.

Savannah is originally from Michigan and understands first-hand all the questions, considerations and effort it takes to relocate. She holds both the Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designations, allowing her to provide specialized knowledge and guidance to a wide range of clients, from first-time buyers to retirees starting their next chapter. Angie is a licensed real estate agent who is well-versed in the ever-evolving real estate market throughout Walton County, with specific areas of expertise in Santa Rosa Beach, Freeport, and DeFuniak Springs. She also works with Paradise Properties Vacation Rentals & Sales, where she creates content that showcases the area’s lifestyle, vacation rentals, and the unique communities of the Florida Panhandle.

In addition to her real estate career, Angie continues to perform property inspections for Paradise Properties Vacation Rentals & Sales. Her hands-on experience inspecting vacation homes has given her a keen eye for detail, property condition, and local housing trends, providing valuable insight for both buyers and sellers.

When she’s not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, you’ll likely find Angie enjoying the beach or cheering from the baseball field with her three sons, including a set of twins. She and her husband love raising their family in the Florida Panhandle, and she is grateful for the opportunity to help others find their own slice of paradise.

Betty has been a real estate agent for the past two years and primarily focuses on the Panama City Beach area. In addition to having her real estate license, Betty works as a business consultant in Accounting, HR, and Marketing in property management and real estate services.

While she currently splits her time between two sunny destinations, PCB and Arizona, she has been in the area for more than a decade and has watched the Gulf Coast grow and evolve into a thriving community for families and those looking for the beach life. Originally from New York, Betty is a big traveler and loves spending time with her husband and family on and off the tennis and pickleball courts.
